先日メーカーとの取引きの記事を書かせてもらいました。
みなさんはどのような感じで交渉していますか？
今回の記事ですが相手の返答を載せたいと思います。
下記のとおりです。
In order to move forward with your account approval, we would like some additional information about your current business model:
- Are you a reseller or a distributor?
- If you are a reseller, what type of business do you have – online, brick & mortar or both?
- If you are an online reseller, do you sell on your own website, Amazon or eBay?
Please note that if you are an Amazon or eBay seller we will not be able to approve your account, as we do not have any authorized resellers on Amazon and our eBay sales channel is currently full.
- What are your primary sales channels?
-Are you aware of MAP pricing and does your company adhere to this policy?
- What is your website information? If your website is not up and running when is expected to launch?
- What industry do you sell within? (i.e. cellphone accessories, repair stores, home improvement stores etc.)
- What is your main demographic within the market?
- Who are some other brands that you currently work with?
Please provide contact information if requested so we can verify.
- Who are some of the distributors you currently work with?
Please provide as much verifiable information as possible as this will expedite your application with us. Once we gain a little more knowledge on how your business operates, we will be able to properly approve your account. Please note that we do not provide price lists until we have approved your account.

簡単に訳すと販売に関する方法とアメリカのアマゾンやebayで販売してはいけないとの規約があります。
それに関して規約に同意してますか？という感じです。
グーグル翻訳使って解読しても結構でたらめの場合が多数ありますね(笑)
しっかりした会社は普通の英語と違ってビジネス英語を使わないと返事すらなかなか返ってきません( ;∀;)
勉強あるのみです！ｗ　外注出せばすぐですが(笑)
